If the result is wrong, who notices, and what does it cost?

Ask who notices a mistake and what it costs. If the tool files an invoice under the wrong supplier, you notice the moment you open the folder, and it costs a minute. A payment run that nobody opens moves money before anyone can catch a mistake. A disputed invoice turns on a contract and a relationship the tool hasn't seen, and it's hard to check without redoing the work, so the tool can draft and a person decides.

Nowhere much. The shift sheet was clean, so the draft will be too.

Run the order. Every date and shift time goes back to the sheet first, because a wrong time sends someone in at the wrong hour. Then the names. Then anything you didn't give it: the sheet says nothing about pay, so that line is the tool's own, and it reads as a promise. Polishing the tone first spends your two minutes where a mistake costs least. And a clean sheet doesn't stop the tool adding things of its own.

All three things are in there. Swap the driver and the customer for placeholders, take the PIN out, paste the rest, and put the real details back in your final version yourself. The report needs what happened, and the tool can write that up from placeholders just as well. Taking out only the PIN still sends personal details about a colleague and a customer, and 'internal' doesn't change what you've pasted.
